Wenig bekannte Bearbeitung des Andantes, doch zutiefst zu Herzen gehend.

Tanya... you have an amazing musical mind... I hope you make more recordings that reveal what music making really means. You have that elusive something to say!

Wow can i ask you question! First ur feelings is high i love it bravo second my question is tell me in ur heart did u find any other composer have high feelings more than bach music? For me i made a big reserch about this and actully i found that j.s.bach is the most composer has something deferent than others its his music not natural its looks like his music came from haven or gifted by angels !!

@2:42 - This part of the melody should be an octave higher! Why Siloti changed it??
@raymondgood655523 күн бұрын
Because Siloti was a genius pianist/composer and knew what would sound best on a piano.

Beautiful isn't it, amazing interpretation and recording. The answer (like most of the time) is IMSLP. Open this link: imslp.org/wiki/Violin_Sonata_No.2_in_A_minor%2C_BWV_1003_(Bach%2C_Johann_Sebastian) or just google "Bach-Siloti Andante from Violin Sonata in A Minor, BWV 1003" and click on the IMSLP link. Then go to "Arrangements and Transcriptions". Scroll all the way down to "For Piano (Siloti)". And then you can just download it form there. Good luck with learning!

Just beautiful. I used to play this transcription until I discovered one by Leopold Godowsky on IMSLP which is "very freely transcribed" (Godowsky's words).

Hmm, is it music we're being sold here, or something else.... Soli Deo Gloria ... I think not.

Bach + piano doesn't usually add up for me, but this little clip packs so much beauty I cannot resist: it adds up 🥲
