A quick glance at my 2016 M3 BMW M3 in Tanzanite Blue, this color is so complex and hard to capture in photos and videos but hopefully this will help get you a glance at the many shades of blue that are incorporated in Tanzanite Blue in the sun.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say it ruined the car, but just my opinion, BMW does such a great job with their rim designs I wouldn’t go with an aftermarket rim. If I preferred a different style that came on that car I’d switch it, but like you said, it’s all personal preference. The car still looks amazing.

@@SVTStrikesback You are correct, BMW does do a great job on their wheels. With that in mind though, the style 666 wheels that came on the car were a bit too heavy for my liking and a royal pain in the behind when it came to cleaning them. Also, with the car having quite a bit more tq over stock, I needed more traction. So I wanted something a little more unique, lighter and also allowing me to run wider tires due to traction needs, hence the setup I have now.

Rooz Rafie I can understand that for sure! I want an F10 M5, and I can’t foresee a situation where I would change the rims. If I only can find a combo I like with the six spike rims, I’d still get it and buy the five spike versions. I have a Mustang Cobra from back in the day, and that wears 18” Saleen’s. I did that for reasons similar to yours, except the weight factor. Personally I wouldn’t change the stock appearance of an M5 because I view that car in a different way than I do the/a Mustang. But like I said before, it’s all personal preference and what YOU want to do. It’s a badass M3 regardless.
