The trend toward these multicomponent, multifunction projectiles has produced some absolutely SAVAGE examples of ingenuity. Some of these rounds, coming out of home workshops no less, are damn near space age in their concept, and the fact that they appear to work exactly as intended is extremely impressive. Obviously, cheers TFM for putting these things on display, but kudos a thousandfold to the mad scientists behind these designs! They're incredible!

The neodymium going slightly incendiary, or whatever the heck they're doing, was really neat. I assume it's the magnets anyway. None of the other bits in that thing ever really do that in anything else they've been in. And yeah, watching what it did to jelly head was a bit frightening, lol. Pretty cool stuff, for sure.
@bradleyeinarsson45352 сағат бұрын

Wonder what would happen if some magnesium powder was added.
@gviiСағат бұрын
@@bradleyeinarsson4535 Your guess is as good as mine. I'm only assuming that's what is doing that, since there's been plenty of times the other bits were in slugs and never did anything like that. But beyond that, I honestly don't know. I'm not a chemist by any stretch of the imagination, but I don't recall ever reading anything about neodymium being pyrophoric in any way. Unless there's something else in the magnets that's making them do that. But whatever it is, it's danr cool to watch.

Now you need to put 2 wires on the barrel muzzle and the receiver and measure the voltage coming off of the gun as the magnets fly through the barrel at supersonic speed .It must be incredibly high and must be able to shock someone who untouched the barrel and receiver ..Wonder what the impulse on the scope would look like and exactly how many volts would come off of it .I can see a use for those projectiles to interfere with guidance systems on drones as the whiz by and or imbed in their carcasses

Jeff, @ about 14:05ish, developing an on-screen persona is hard. Some people, like you, Greg, Danny, Bri, etc. are just naturals and have an outgoing, friendly personality that also conveys an inexplicable feeling they are honest and trustworthy. For others, it takes time and experience in front of the camera for the person to be able to "be" just as they are when they around their friends. Some people, like me, could never master this, not even around a group of friends. For me, the oddity is that in the courtroom it was a different story, as an attorney, no problems at all. Anyway, my point was this: Let the new guy know that with each video, he gets better. He'll get there. Use the criticism to his advantage. Even some obviously mean spirited criticisms may have a useful tidbit or 2. The best way to get back at anyone who tries to use "words" to be mean or make you feel terrible, is to succeed.
