In this podcast, we will explain one of Taoism's most famous stories, Zhuangzi's butterfly dream. In the Zhuangzi text, chapter two is finished with a very odd and peculiar story of Zhuang Zhou (Zhuangzi) dreaming he is a butterfly and the butterfly dreaming it was Zhuang Zhou. Many theories and speculation have been made about the meaning of this story. We will explain the three main meanings and the hidden Taoist interpretation of Zhuangzi's butterfly dream.

Wow, so amazing. Thank you so much. I really enjoy watching these and taking it all in. As life goes on what you've talked about seems to take on new meaning. I appreciate your channel and help in understanding eastern philosophy, particularly taoism, so much.

Beautiful! I love the concept of the hub and spokes on a wheel. Life is to keep turning the wheel and have fun. So many of us are stuck and not turning. Thank You!

Definitely my friend. Even more fun when you reside in the hub and allow the transformations (the wheel turning) to happen naturally without any attachment to the past.

This is a great lesson. Thank you. Tust that transitions, (in-permanence) are why everything is here... "I" just happen to be on one side of it at this point - So, "I'm" experiencing "me" for now

I really enjoy your interpretations...they make sense. I do many narure walks. It quiets my mind and offten when i observe plants and animals without judgement, i can actually feel absorbed by these forms that gives me the feeling of being a bird or plant. It's a wonderful feeling. Nature also tends to distract me from personal social concerns. Life is so much bigger then our human manufactured drama. Thanks Brother and MeYoung.

🦋identity gone 💥👏no fear of death.....transformation , carry on in freedom from matrix thinking. Death becomes joyful transformation. No time only transform. No clinging past, everything just transforms. Suffering experience , rather than free easy state. Is it serious ? 🤪😆this kinda freedom in uncertainty becomes tight. Emptiness in hub gives wheel motion. Like life , identity = empty, need that for wheel , or transformation. Wonderful talk guys. Love from Bernardo.

The more fully present you are in life, the less you fear death, because you are connected to the inner spirit that runs through both.

You can lose what isn't you. Were you talking about your life or about your lives? It was interesting to see (especially in the beginning) to see you finding the balance in the Yin and Yang of the volumes of your voices. I was watching the other day a (so-called) scientific discussion on neuroscience & religion between five (so-called) prominent scientists in different fields related to the brain and the mind (anthropology, neuroscience, science and practicing oriental meditation and transcendence, neurobiology, and theology). It turned out to become a ^himosofical discussion. Though interesting 'subject), some of the speakers only loved to hear themself speak, it became "bombastic" from time to time And there was a referee: the host who was full of himself. I mention all this because it was so refreshing to see a natural talk between two people who maintained (or refound ?) their innate being and are aware of the role of their own persona. Without being pretentious showing that one doesn't need to be a professor with at least three degrees in different fields to have an intelligent, deep, and serious conversation. In a playful way. Thank you so much, both of you. I was sad when it reached the end (honestly, I found it too short). But that's part of the Eternal Change in the Infinite Now. 🌈
