it cracked me up Jason, when you said the politicians are practicing "interference" in our lives. Many people seem dedicated to the same concept of trying to interfere with the opinions of other people. As you both point out "social warriors". your interpretations are so good on Taoism. Good going Brother.

Och Dear, this infinite becoming happens to us, humble observers as well. From big bang of our birth till we become transparent expression of wisdom and compassion. We get here, in one life, full spectrum of existence, as above so within. We can do nothing else than playing the game. Thank you for making it very sweet and exciting

This episode got me to pull out my copy of the 1984 Chogyam Trungpa book "Shambhala-The Sacred Path of the Warrior". It was my 1st exposure to Eastern thought. A portion from the chapter entitled "Discovering Magic" really struck me upon first read and has stayed with me ever since. It discusses resting in nowness and likens it to a primordial, cosmic mirror; unconditioned. While that book is about Tibetan Buddhism, the common threads are so strong between it, Taoism and Hinduism. I just love learning about all of these and thank you for being such good teachers and guides!

Ok .. ! First time know about Tao and the similerity and the differentiality of confucius. And how many teachings about seeking oneself and have to not seek nothing because we're whole and all what we need is to connect to the trueself not seeking any of it, it's already here and waiting to be disclosed. Thank you guys I loved this chanel, already subsecribed, liked and commented. Love

Great video! Not so sure that the sage identifies w anything - rather is simply in complete harmony with what is. Terrific observation on how socialization presses us to differentiate ourselves which is not in accord with the nature of the totality. IMHO artificial differentiation is the major cause of much unhappiness as it takes us further from home (union) with all there is.

When I first read the Tao Te Ching, Chapter 25 is where things started to click for me. It's also the one I re-read the most across multiple translations. "Favorite" is not the right word, but it certainly rings the loudest for me.

Ziran is a notable 'concept' propounded in chapter 25. In the Tao Te Ching, "ziran" occurs in chapters: (17, 23, 25, 51, 64) Jason Gregory is quoted several times in this book excerpt about, ziran. It's good stuff. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHeWqoNvmdWlbas

Love the Tool reference.. The question arises inside that asks.. is the world not as it is to be? Is anything ever wrong? Isn't all as it should be? More of us are coming back to these teachings organically.. like the way of nature.. cycles..

More good stuff Jason 🙏 Off the top of your head, what would be Ekhart Tolle’s Pain-body concept be called in The Gita / Veda’s / or Patanjalis Yoga sutra ? Hope it’s ok to ask. Thanks Brother 🕉🙏
