Public Hearing
A. Discussion and consideration on the appeal of the Taos County Planning Commission
decision regarding the revocation of the ability of Mr. Steven R. Vigil, d.b.a. Protégé
Excavation from storing heavy equipment associated with the cottage industry located at 123C
NM State Road 240. These Matters may also be discussed in executive session under Open
Meetings Act exemption 10-15-1(H)(3), which allows for deliberations of a public body in
connection with an administrative adjudicatory proceeding.
B. Decision and action regarding the revocation of the ability of Mr. Steven R. Vigil, d.b.a.
Protégé Excavation from storing (heavy) equipment associated with the cottage industry located
at 123C NM State Road 240.
