Wonderful, both of them. I decided when I turned 40 I wanted to learn tap dancing. My husband, family and friends thought I was crazy and kept on telling me so. They told me I'd make a fool of myself, and silly me, I listened. It's too late now, I'm 82 and can't walk far but how I wish I hadn't listened and had followed my heart. A lesson learned, do what you feel.

I agree. Sometimes though fate intervenes and we end up with regrets. However! Perhaps Fate like discouragement saved us. Example, breaking a bone that could have left us crippled. Imagine going though life unable to walk with pain or not walking at all. You never know! Heavens interventions are rarely recognized. You don’t really know if your regrets are truth. I once adored a husband who abandoned me and our baby. Many years later I realized that Heaven stepped in and it was one of the best things that ever happened to us. We thrive today!

@@cheryllundgren9685 The 'problem' is that kids are so much more flexible and learn so much quicker than adults. I see it in Irish dance class as well. Veeeery frustrating to see a 13yo or so completely outperform you as a 31 year old... Kids still play outside, play all kinds of games that involve balance (walking on the kerb for example) and they still have a very functional brain ;) No doubt that the kid is talented though ;)

I can toddle around with a whole bunch of steps. Most of them are unintentional, and not to any beat or rhythm, bit shuffling around all the same, lol.

Absolutely awesome young man!!! Think of his future capabilities 🎉Bet his parents never allowed sitting on the couch staring at a screen for hours on end! He’s a great example of natural talents coupled with parenting with love, discipline, focus, and encouragement ❣️It takes hours of learning, practicing, and honing every day and this youngster has shown that it’s doable ❣️I just love to see talents nurtured properly.

The only way I recognized the teacher is that he's taller. Both of their dancing skills are identical.

This reminds me of that commercial, "Be a dad today!". Adults forget sometimes that kids wanna be like them some time. The sooner they are taught good skills for life, the better it is for everyone. Thanks for posting this video!

I at first thought that the older dancer was probably not going to go at 100 % due to the age of the younger dancer. Wow! This made me think of the Fred Astaire movies that I used to watch with my late mother. They were both so great and had so much fun dancing together. I loved how he picked him up at the end. So much affection.
