I really appreciate this I have friends that like a very plain and simple way of dressing and I differ from them and they are shaming me for being me for my unique taste in my unique look I’m old and they say I look like I’m trying to look young which is true and since I’m guilty of that I just embrace it anyway because I am old and I am trying to look for young and I’m not trying to keep that a secret it’s good to be myself it’s good to be me and feel free to express myself in my genuine authentic way even if it’s awkward in other peoples eyes I love myself and this is having video helped me to do just that by the way I love that bracelet with all the pretty colors in it and your earrings are so creative and unique thank you for being you it’s very entertaining and uplifting. Please forgive my ignorance on this subject, I'm still new to EFT, but why do we make so many negative statements at the beginning of the session while tapping ? Does that not reinforce those negative beliefs ? I understand the need to clarify the negative beliefs (before tapping) in order to change them into positive energies, I'm just not sure why we tap while saying the negative beliefs that we're trying to get rid of.
