As far as the radio effects you could probably easily get that just by sliding your tuner on any old radio going between stations to get white noise and then sampling it in

Search glitches overlay on yt. Then apply above your clips. Set It as overlay. If you want It black and White Just apply black and White. If you want distortion of image too, set your clips on displacement map and play with settings
