I love both depending on how busy my upcoming schedule is and the condition of my hair at the moment. I love the look and feel of tape ins cause I can do everything with it but it is way more maintenance because all of my hair is out. The sewin is my go to specially when I’m busy or want to give my hair a break from heat. Hope this helps
