I also quit Suboxone cold turkey exactly a month ago and the first week of acute withdrawals was literally hell for me. I cried tears of pain dealing with hot/cold flashes, anxiety, restlessness, tremors, irritability, diarrhea, insomnia and absolutely no energy to do anything. 3rd week gets a lot easier. A month in the withdrawals are gone but the after effects are still there. The sleep depravation only sleeping 2 hrs a night and absolutely no energy. I heard it gets better at 2 months but dam if I would of known it takes this long to recover I would of just dealth with my Percocet withdrawals that would of been much easier to kick. 😢

7 years is a long time. Many people have long tierm paws when they have been on subs for a long time. comming off it really plays on any anxiety, depression, and other mental issues, and many people without have these symptoms after suboxone for a period of time. I have a history with many of these conditions myself, that said I understood it , and was able use my past experience working through them to combat much of it.. it will get better it will take time. Stay beautiful Never quit, never fail!

I’m coming up on month two now, just keep waiting for it to get easier. I think it’s starting to little by little.
