Wow. That was so powerful! Thank you, Rossanne 🙏 for doing such an in-depth tapping video on shame. I am so paralyzed by shame, and I really appreciated how realistic and raw the words you chose to use for these scripts. So often people try to minimize the shame I feel, but that doesn’t help me to release it, so thank you for acknowledging the reality of what people really say and feel about themselves. Also, thank you for including the early childhood tapping segment. That seemed to complete the full picture of the shame and give me the permission to acknowledge where it originated.

I really struggle with the visualisation and connection to my inner child :/ I drift off into my thought patterns so easily, any advice for this. This is my first time watching this video, will it come with practise and routine?

It's ok if you do. It can highlight what thought patterns your inner child might have experienced or be holding on to. It could be an opportunity to release that pattern. With regards to the visualisation, this comes with practice. It does not have to be a clear image but simply a feeling or notion or an idea.

Yes you can do this every hour if you need to. When you feel a shift, you may find you need a different type of tapping session. Explore the feelings so you can identify what you need.

Raise your frequency. If you actually knew anything about shame you would know it is literally emotional quicksand. Your affirmations on this video only attract more feelings of shame. Woe! Do better.

You clearly don’t understand how tapping works. You literally say how you’re feeling so that the emotional memory or memories come up so you can RELEASE them.

Yes, this is correct. Tapping releases the emotions you are feeling. Verbalising helps releases pain faster. if your pain deepens then you are becoming in tune with them. Keep tapping through the pain until it is neutralised.
