Wow I have a wearable device that tracks my sleep and have been doing nervous system regulation work recently which has interrupted my sleep. A slept straight through the night and My device showed my best sleep score yet!! 🎉

Extraordinary! I've been using some of your other vids for a couple of weeks; they feel great, but the results aren't necessarily quantifiable. But this one blew me away! For years I've been waking up at 3:30 and fidgeting for an hour or more, despite infinite cups of valerian tea, herbal and chemical sleep aids, hypnosis, ocean machines, etc, etc. ONE tapping session with you and I slept like a rock from 11:30 until 7:30!!! Thanks Brad! You are fantastic!!!

My mum has been suffering with insomnia for months! She wakes up at 4am daily no matter what time she sleeps, never feeling truly refreshed. I found this video and sent it to her last night and she said she slept so well! She woke up at 7.45am. Thank you Brad! I'll try this too.

I'd never considered doing tapping for this until today. I've been using anti depressants to help with sleep but sometimes they aren't as effective as they have been in the past. I did a meditation to connect to my higher self and she told me the sleep issues will end when I decide they do. I didn't get what she meant then I thought to look up tapping for sleep. Saving this video to do again when it's bedtime.

If you have a super hard time winding down like me then you will probably still need to tap while lying down. I was tired after doing this but found myself getting active again mentally when lying down, like my mind wanted to race again. So I did deep breaths and patted my chest and repeated I wanted deep restful sleep and also visualised napping during sunset (my ideal setting) and after 20 minutes I did manage to fall asleep and wake up not feeling exhausted! This really worked for me and will be doing it from now on. Thank you Brad!!! :)

Brad I have been recently doing EFT Tapping, and I must tell you that I used your tapping video right before I went to bed last night. You made me yawn lol. I woke up this morning fully rested, and I even remember tapping in my dreams (since I added I would have beautiful dreams). While I was sleeping I worked through some issues.

I suffer from severe insomnia and well in January i missed 20 days of sleep. Not in a row but started with 3 days and then 2 to 3 days slept ok. And then another 3 days until I got 20. This month i missed 6 already.. so I’ll definitely be trying this tonight because i need to sleep like a human again.

Here's some news folks,it's not necessary to tap on your body. Ibe just had a beautiful 15 minute nap by tapping on the mattress with both hands beside me and just imagining I'm tapping those points. I listen to a clock and start tapping each second after a while I feel so groggy I cant tap anymore. It works everytime and my god I wake up like I've had an hour nap.fully revitalized. I prefer imaginary tapping. You can do it anywhere at anytime!

Thanks. You had me half asleep, and it's not even time for me to go to bed yet! But I foresee that this may be useful, as I tend to "do a lot of work" mentally during the night. Of course, when I get up, unrefreshed, in the morning, all the things I accomplished in my mind haven't been done at all.

Thanks for the vid Brad. I have no problem falling asleep, but I awaken after 4 hrs or so and have to take med's to get back to sleep. Never heard of tapping until my niece mentioned it. I'm assuming that I should do it when I wake up in the middle of the night?

Yes - that would be the best time. Or watch it whenever is convenient to get the ideas, then you will know what to do if you wake up, without having to get on a computer.

My kiddos get scared at night...just general anxieties that rear up at bedtime. I introduced my 9yo to tapping and he asks for it now when his mind is in overdrive and he gets scared of even putting his covers on. He really resonated with this tapping session and he zonked right out. Thanks Brad!

I love this video. It didn’t work too well for me last night probably because it’s very hot here. I have used a few times and wish I could use it now as I feel like going back to bed. I will try one of the other videos to perk me up a bit! This work is great however I am a psychiatric nurse And I use it with my clients. Some of them don’t get it, but often it’s to good effect. Good idea to send subliminal sleepy and cozy messages with the setting and yawns. :) This past week I've been waking up in the middle of the night, which is unusual for me. And no matter how many hours I sleep (up to 11!), I haven't felt rested. So I gave this a go last night, in addition to all the best self-care practices throughout the day and night which I know help me sleep, and still no change. Sometimes there are various factors affecting us, and it just needs time to shift. I will practice this video each night for a week though, and update my experience. After all, it can't hurt, and it's not like 6 minutes of tapping is difficult. :) Wishing restful sleep to all my fellow earth walkers here!

I tried these eft things at trying to sleep. It worked once. The other times I just feel drowsy like I've taken a sleep aid. I feel it working but I just can't go to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. This morning around 7 am. I'm retired and there is no stress in my life. Here is what happened to me several years ago. I used to do smokeless tobacco (snuff). But in the morning or whenever I got up I would smoke little mini cigars. The kind that were the same size as a cigarette. I would chain smoke about 4 or 5 a day along with my morning coffee. That was the favorite part of my day. Then I decided to get off of the snuff, but not my 4 or 5 mini cigars in the morning. After a day without snuff, my sleep issues just disappeared. I would play violent video games like I always have, but around 10 or 11 pm I would get sleepy and go to bed and to sleep. That lasted about a week since I was still using tobacco in the morning. When one stops tobacco it must be 'cold turkey' all the way. I went back to using snuff and my sleep issues returned. And have stayed with me ever since. I stopped using tobacco 2 years ago and still I have my sleep issues. I think back about that week when my sleep issues cleared up after I stopped the snuff for a week,and wonder what the heck is going on. Tonite I'm going to use your method and see what happens.

Yawning was great, I started yawning it was really helpful your thing was I couldn't stay asleep I fell asleep finally but couldn't sleep more than about 3 1/2 hours so it was a positive option so thanks and gratitude

This Video has been a great help to restore my sleep, thanks and blessing to you Brad. I am happy i can sleep at all, but there is something i still need to change. It seems like my body goes contrary to the night-day-Rhythm. I feel mostly awake at night till early morning. It ist the time where i feel fit and have power to do things and in the morning i cannot get out of the bed and feel so tired. So i used to think i am just not the morning person, but as you say Brad that is just a choice. Please can you make a video for changing these patterns Brad? I would appreciate it a lot.
