Is legendary hero really worth it? It feels like the inventory is just filled up with C tier heros. Do you fodder them?

yeah i am starting feeding them too, way to much bloat in the inv.

Yeah the shards are pretty underwhelming lately, better to focus on sources of guaranteed copies
