Thank you Brad. This tap was exactly what I needed. I do this (dissociate) and I am in therapy. Dissociating is a stop gap to PTSD flash backs or when encountering triggering situations along with change. I started tapping and it hit my core in such a way that all my hyper vigilant energy just drained and I dropped my head, feeling the exhaustion that comes along with all that energy expended to keep myself out of "perceived" harms way.This was powerful for me. That's all I can say. Thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have learned how to disassociate in childhood and it is still happening and I feel it when I become ungrounded. You are helping me more than you know. I love who you are and that you are in service to many. May all that you give come back to you in miraculous ways. 🙏😇❤️

Thank you so so much. I've followed you for a long time. I am at a point where I am addressing feelings that have been locked in my solar plexus for yra pertaining to childhood sex abuse and recently the loss of my youngest son who turned 25 in November. I could not loosen the feelings in my solar plexus. This was spot on. I appreciate what you do so, so much.

Had been tapping on relative videos, was also wishing you had done one on this and bam your mail comes through. Thanks a ton, Brad. As with your other videos, this is gonna be appreciated and benefitted by many.

yes, no kidding - excellent timing for me too. I started doing the tapping recommended by my doctor - and it brought some stuff to the surface (i'm okay- that is a good thing - i'm in a safe place) - So, my doc and i can only talk on phone because of quarantine - So - i bought the IFS textbooks and i am going to do the work for myself at home - they just arrived today .

Thank you for your videos. They are much appreciated. I believe the whole world is trying to heal as the process of "growing up" may not have allowed the whole of our authentic being to be recognized by our conscious selves. I love how you are able to articulate, with such self empowerment, words that help us process emotions with so much love and acceptance!

Oh man, this week hasn't felt real, I haven't felt real. I committed to a mother of a David vs Goliath situation and while it's right and somewhat freeing...we're terrified, the little girl who was so traumatized for so long and adult me who's learning to reparent. You always have a tap for what I need. Today I searched "Brad Yates dissociation" and here I am. 💜 I am so grateful for your videos which are an integral part of my healing.

Once you mentioned the part where we may dissociate when scared of change, something clicked. I incredibly felt much more present and much less dissociated. Realizing change is something I want to learn to accept. God worked through you in this video, that’s for sure. Thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing I have tapped to this video many times. I have an important question, why do I gag when I do the tapping?
@tapwithbrad2 жыл бұрын
There are a number of ways that energy shifting manifests physically (the most common one is yawning) and that might be what's happening.
@crystalann22912 жыл бұрын
@@tapwithbrad yes I have yawned before. But this was different, it was like I was going to vomit but couldn’t I was just trusting that maybe it was a form of releasing stagnant energy.
