At first it sounded kinda crazy something so simple and silly...but I am diagnosed w ptsd,degenerative disc spinal disease w multiple terminations from my neck to tailbone, as well as clinically depressed med resistant anxiety as well as a domestic violence survivior. ..this tapping brought out deeply buried emotions to the point of tears....what a tremendous release....u can feel the weight and heaviness of so many emotional strong holds be lifted at the end of the tapping session...u walk away much lighter so relaxed and u feel an inner peacefulness. ..I am the biggest skeptic there is but in actually trying and following...the evidence is clear this really does work and I'm grateful for giving it a chance....awsome Nick ortner and thank u...

I tried a couple rounds of tapping for an issue and I felt worse after each round. I was really hoping it would help but I feel so much worse and feel like crying now. I tried it for something else a few weeks ago without this happening but the order of tapping was a little different in the article I read and I didn't feel much different.

immediately i am put off by the fake dialog between these two. Quick internet research reveals Jessica is the sister of Nick, and yet she acts as if she is a stranger to him doing a formal interviewer and just seeing the inside of his home for the first time. So now my opinion of this is instantly suspicious.

S. M. Bigelow Have you actually tried it or are you dogmatically tethered to your point of view? This is an evidence based practice that has been statistically shown to be highly effective for serious issues like PTSD. If your opinion is not rooted in looking at the latest research and or trying it with a practitioner yourself than it's you that has drank the Kool aid.

The title "what is tapping"' implies he will show us what it is actually but instead he does a lot of explaining for the first 15 minutes plus. When I look at a new method I can't help but judge the person presenting it. I notice he needs to lose some weight but I admit I don't know if he started out much bigger.
