From my deeper parts of me, all I ever wanted was to feel worthy/good enough. Thank you Tara for allowing me to explore my deepest desires in a safe, loving way. To now know that my worthiness has always been there is the source of freedom and joy.

Yes. And the same for me. This feeling of self-acceptance, if being accepted by others, of being loved and extending love- I find that all these longings have their roots in joy, love and/or peace.

Thank you. It would be nice to find a local group of like minded people to meet up with to talk more about this stuff with.

Another amazing talk. Tara truly has a gift for seeing our species from the outside for who and what we really are, and unlike so many others she only sees it with loving eyes. A real visionary.

in the cycles of life we always seem to be coming back to the same things, understanding a different part of the lesson a bit more. wanting mind never stops until i finally begin to listen and be present with the feeling of aversion, to give it what it truly is wanting. i went all the way back to my first seminar with you in 2011. i am always coming back. again. but each time there's a bit more peace, a bit more opening, a bit less fear. Ten years go by this way.

Mary Anne I’ve been listening everyday too. Hopefully it will sink in eventually and I will figure out how to get it to work out for me like it did Tara. It makes sense. :). ...so I come back.Plus her caring nature is soothing. :)
