Thank you for deeply spiritual practice for moving through habituated anger, blame and resentment both personally and socially-cuturally.

I wish I'd found you before the pandemic started as I would have really benefited from this series, but they're still just as relevant all these years later, thank you.

Your beautiful words helped me see a friend who has disappointed me in a new light. Thank you. (Portland, OR)

Thank you Tara. Your u-turn process helped me to understand the uncomfortable feelings underneath the judgement that I feel towards someone I know who has the habit of always blaming others! My judgement is protecting me from the sadness/grief/discomfort I feel about it. So instead of putting on my judgement armor, I can accept that right now this is how this person is and gently steer the conversation in another direction. In that way, my whole body feels at ease and at peace instead of tense and armored. ❤️

Wow...anger moves us to freedom but is not transformative. This is profound.

Thank you for sharing your work. I have benefited greatly from your books and your videos, and I continue to learn so much from you. However, the the frequent tragic social justice stories (prisons and Covid, etc.) are starting to wear on me. I come to these meditations for emotional shelter, and this time I had to stop part way through because felt even more stressed and distressed than when I started. In one of your videos you mentioned a quote that went something like, "to feel you have to help everyone one and everything is to do violence." That resonated with me. And after some of your recent videos that's how feel- pressured to do more- particularly to help those in prisons. but I am already totally overwhelmed, and that's why I'm watching your videos.

You are such an inspiration to me Tara. I've been practising your course on Freeing Yourself from Resentment and Blame on Insight Timer. This ties in neatly and further consolidates my practice only on a more global level as well. I have so much gratitude for you and the work that you do. ❤

Thank you Tara for the video. Just my 2 cents on the microphone, sounded like a message coming threw the airwaves to a cellphone located near the computer. It might not be the mic itself.

I did the RAIN process with a person that I thought was a really dear friend. I felt like I got somewhere until towards the end, when it comes back to me that she has repeatedly done things to hurt me and I don’t know how I can continue to make allowances for where she is hurting even though I care about the fact that she’s hurting and I have opened my heart to help her many times. After she yelled at me with a really irritated tone in her voice she then said, “and by the way other people have things going on in their lives too”. She’s making reference to the fact that I’ve been going through chemo and soon to start radiation ....... this just added insult to injury or more accurately injury to injury. To make it even more puzzling and hurtful I only asked her one time for some help, so I don’t see that I had been any kind of burden to her. After being pretty good friends for 2 1/2 years and being hurt over and over I think she may be an energy vampire even though I know she’s hurting and drinking her life away. Tara, can you speak to this? I’ve essentially been going through this whole thing since December alone even though I have friends that help me with food. I’m single I live alone and I have often felt lonely, overwhelmed, and it one point I was close to death with the chemo. Please only Tara answer......I feel too many opinions and suggestions would not serve me at this time. Namaste

Dear Tara! I know this isn't your fault...… Did you know there is an awful sound distortion at around 21.23 for about 5 seconds ( I was meditating with my headphones and got such a jolt!) 🥴 - Thank you, thank you, for this beautiful meditation in every other way 💝

I don't know what your talking about with this U turn. It sounds like you want a person to re-friend a narcissist, which is totally a bad idea. I would just forgive them and cut off communications with said person. Yes even a family member like a brother or sister. It is what it is.
