The LDN Features band & team presents Tara MacLean, a Canadian singer/songwriter who has been an internationally renowned and award winning recording and touring artist for over 25 years. Having recently received the SOCAN Songwriter of the Year award as well as Solo Recording of the Year for her latest album, Deeper at the PEI Music Awards. Her album ‘Deeper’ was nominated for Pop Album of the Year at ECMA 2020. With her duet with Catherine MacLellan, "This Storm", receiving the award for Song of the Year.
About the song
“Safe Harbour is a brand new song that was written by Sophie Ackroyd and I last year on our very first song writing session together in London. We wanted to write something inspiring, tender and powerful, intimate and epic. She is an incredible producer and I am thrilled this will be a single on my next album, to be released in early 2025. When I had the chance to perform it with LDN features, and these amazing musicians, It felt like the perfect debut. I absolutely loved the experience!
