Sweet potatoes coated with olive oil then seasoned with sea salt, a sprinkle of pepper, & rosemary is AMAZING!!!

Yeah I got to admit American airlines is very good company. Especially when things don't go right how they can correct them. You just can't predict maintenance and the weather all the time and when they must make a change, if you let them know what your concerns are, they work very hard to help you out.

Hello my “OlympicKids”! Your home screams stylish and comfy…. That kitchen is so beautiful it screams cook in me! Now… Sweet potatoes are my everything! Lmbo. But so true! I wash stab twice and place on foil or in glass dish, then bake at 400 for two hours… mind you these are potatoes the size of softballs with elongated ends. The sugar that boil out of them is epic! I let them cool long enough to slice the skin that in barely attached, and peel them. I put them in freezer bags (1 each) and mash them flat so they stack nice in the freezer. When I want a quick snack, or want to add one to a meal. I microwave for 5-10 minutes depending on amount in the bag. I add a dab of butter and sprinkle with Splenda then stir! It’s like sweet potato pie filing, without the crust. It is decadent and oh so yummy. I’m going to try your avocado oil and sea salt idea. YUMMO! Have a great week. My dogs also love sweet potatoes. They are super good for your dog! They also love watermelon, strawberries, bananas, and chicken. You don't want to give your dogs people food on a regular basis but the ones I've listed are okay except for bananas. So you want to make sure your bananas aren't real ripe the riper they get the sweeter they get and you don't need real high sugar content for the dogs. So they're bananas are just a tiny bit on the green side.

Roasted sweet potatoes yummy! Add a few more root vegetables like beets, parsnips, carrots, and/or turnips. Favorite winter foods. Put leftovers in soup maker with bone broth and/or heavy cream.
