She is and will be always the living proof of a real therapist, meditation teacher, wisdom and pure kindness living human being. I am beyond grateful to meet her somewhere in the online universe. I am so so happy. Thank you Tara. This is real deep teaching.

Her voice is so soft that it makes her teachings so easy to follow. I learned so much and that is nourishing to my soul.

This was just for me. I was being reactive and unable to stop. I was so ashamed and I found this. Such peace. I was ready for this. I am so grateful. Thank you.

Thank you Tara. Your videos have helped me so much. I shared some with my 83 year old mother who has a lot of anxiety and it helped her too. God bless you!

Great stuff Tara. I got so much out of your video. I am going through many challenges right now...emotionally over the loss of a death in my family, depression, financial issues due to all the medical bills, and this put a pillow under me today. Thank you so much!

Great teach and wonderful insight. Love when you talked about even a small glimpse makes a difference even if we go back to acting out our non-productive ways. The glimpses help us to grow and come back home. I learn so much from you. Thank you!

Talking about the thoughts during your frustration with the dog park is so incredibly helpful. I have pretty severe OCD and have struggled for years and often the largest thing is forgiving yourself for having weird or strange thoughts. These videos have helped me as I work on my anxiety and mental health

I'm the papancha kind of guy, ^^. I have difficulties to go with where the monkey dropped the ball. Hahahah. What I really like about Tara Brach is, that she shows that she is not just a superior teacher and still has the same "mind habits" that she calls papancha. And she also has the tools to work with it. Really helpful when I'm listen to this teaching in the morning, when I'm grinding the Ax....

I wish there was more female spiritual personalities. Most organized religion are lacking the unique perspective they bring to the philosophical discourse about meditation and spiritual awakening.

The toxicity and impunity of politicians is a scourge. It's never their fault. Don't look to any politician for direction, there is zero good will. Yet some deify them . Why? Are they that weak?
