(Very odd sensation) The needle to numb the area? WORST PAIN OF MY LIFE. I swear I could feel it spread across every nerve like it was spreading fire, and thanks to my bodies resistance to it; had to get multiple injections.

Bill Nye the Science Guy you kidding? A full body exam by a board certified dermatologist, assistant and minor skin surgery for 100 is delusional
@Solontire6 жыл бұрын
@Jing - Had a full body scan done by a derm last year (board certified) for a little over 100 bucks. Had a "suspicious" mole removed as well for another $75 (didn't count that in my initial estimate) so a little over $175 for the entire thing. More than $100 sure, but far from "delusional".
@JenniferJMcClanahan6 жыл бұрын
+Bill Nye the Science Guy you have good insurance! Prices vary but full check, one biopsy taken and sent to the lab cost me well over $600 about 5 years ago. It must depend on where you live and what your insurer worked out with the doctor. Not $34k but also a lot more than $100 in many cities.

Brilliant, beautiful doctor and patient. Best of Luck Natalie. God Bless. So young to have had melanoma. I've had Moh's surgery 3 times. California sunshine year round smh. I'm always going to the dermatologist now. Have many bizarre moles that I think are cancer. They fit the criteria and end up being nothing. Then moles that don't fit the criteria have been basal or squamous cell carcinoma. Go every time you see a suspicious mole. Don't put it off.
