A pool would have been the icing on the cake...the fact that they did not choose to do it, tell me that the property has serious issues. For 2 million, I expect cabinets, not shelves.

I think they couldn't put a pool because of foundation issues. As it is they had to lift the entire home. A pool would of sold the house inmediately because that view is gorgeous!

I agree. The estimate was a whopping what!!! The result looks nice but it still seems too high on cost even when considering labor. Wonder if the house sold for asking, probably did.

Yes I see they did not continue to use that landscaper. Also, as an Australian, we sit here in astonishment of your roofing material? We value cement tile and iron roofing here, we do not use the material used here on the new roof. Why could they have not painted the roof? Have replaced it, with to me, a cheap looking alternative.
