Absolutely gorgeous. They spared no expense. I'm always shocked by the cost of fencing. Crazy expensive...but it turned out super nice. I love every detail of the interior and exterior. They made bank, but they did a lot of work.

A beautiful flip! This kind of unchecked selling (without any government oversight to avoid that builders drive the prices up artificially) however drives prices into the sky and what is good for the seller will turn out yet again as a housing Desaster for buyers once they cannot pay their mortgages…that is a bit too much pure capitalism for my taste, I like a little control to avoid national economic crashes like before with the Lehman brothers in 2008.
@marieslabbert60092 жыл бұрын
Selling prices are controlled by what the market will accept. If buyers do not see value, the property will not sell. I am in the real estate business and market forces are better than any government regulation.
@ianludwig34792 жыл бұрын
Facts. Especially since the government is nowhere near capable of managing every individual niche market. They would end up pricing builders out of jobs and causing mass shortages of homes, therefore driving housing prices up anyways

I will never understand the people in the comments on here that are all like "sweet remodel" or "you made it look so elegant" and not "you're continuing to inflate housing prices across California and making housing unafforadable for the vast majority of Americans".
@StephonBroughton2 жыл бұрын
Supply and demand. They won’t do remodels like this if someone wasn’t willing to pay this much. The only way to deflate prices is a mass change in behavior, which can only be done by the government, or the majority of people. The only viable option is the government, and their only tool is to increase interest rates, which they have done.
