Lordy Thank Goodness for Christina keeping them from cheaping out .They r much better about making a home beautiful and not doing the bare minimum in these homes that r awful until they renovate them .I have been watching them for so long and I would buy any home that I new was one of theirs ,they never leave anything not done right r fixed .

You can put you can render the tile floors for a concrete floor finish polished concrete finish or you have that vinyl rubber backed vinyl plans you don't want to redo the floors

I think I would change the direction of the stair case... because it's TOO HIGH & STEEP & very drabby looking as is. Make it a tri level stair case with "see through" steps and a black iron rod hand railing.

I think part of the reason Christina comes across the way she does is how they choose to edit these "reality" shows. I wish they would show the work that she puts in to come up with the design elements.
