Raef was terrific when he returned for the final task to assist the final candidates. Raef had a seat in the boardroom when the two teams had their meeting in the boardroom. It was the final task of the process, with the final team boardroom meeting, Raef stood behind his team for the final task. I think Raef was a gentleman to behave in the manner for the final task.

Firing Raef but keeping Micheal was a mistake that Sugar regretted I bet. I could see Raef doing a better job renting out those high end cars to the right people.

The tissue ad could have worked if they showed clips from different events that you would need a tissue, example weddings, break up, seeing your team win or lose etc and say that there will always be a moment to use a tissue in your life.
