I used to work as a customer service rep and a cashier trainer at Walmart---the reason for changing the layout so often is to force customers into areas they're not familiar with, the idea being "Oh, I'm here, I might as well buy XXX..." That was the strategy in the late 1990s, anyhow, and very likely is the same in every big box store everywhere.

That was truly impressive. I am a sales representative for Nabisco and spend at least three days a week for a total of 5-6 hours in Target. Kim probably knows that store better than most of the employees that work there 40 hours a week. I got a laugh about her shopping trip experience while mistakenly wearing a red sweater, that is all to real and something I have done before at Target and other stores as well.

In all fairness to the employees - no, I am not one and never have been at Target - they probably have to stick to one area or department, whereas Kim has been to all departments and/ or through the entire store multiple times? (Hope you are still on the road with your job, and still making friends.)

BLUEBELL ICE CREAM WOO HOO‼️ I was born and raised in Brenham Texas when there was only one small Creamery. Us kids used to go down and pay the lady in front and they would actually let us go in past where the filling lines were and pick out our individual ice creams in back!
