I work at target and the dumbest thing I’ve ever experienced was being assaulted with change. I was being rushed by an old woman complaining I was taking too long checking her stuff out (she had like 35 different glasses and plates which I have to wrap to avoid scratching, it’s time consuming) and I dared accidentally give her the wrong amount of change. What if an un-op/pre-op FtM walks into the men's bathroom? He's just as much at risk of being raped by the cis men in that bathroom, as cis women are of being raped by a fake. And let's not forget or deny that cis females are just as capable of raping cis males, either, so shuffle those genders around in that sentence and it still reads accurately. I'm all for trans people using the bathroom they identify with - but only if they're post-op.
