She didn't know so I told her about Jade on KZbin and said "You've got to look her up. She's not only fun but let's us know where all the latest decorations are. Just this past Sunday I went to Target. Me and my friend were looking at kids clothes, cause she wanted to look for stuff for her niece, and from all the way across the store I spotted a Jack O Lantern. My Target only had a little bit of Halloween, not much. They were still pretty much in back to school mode.

I don’t have any ghoulish garden but I’d leave the pot gray since it looks like something you’d see next to a headstone. As for looking diy… as someone who does diy to excess I can tell you, I don’t go to a shop to buy something I can make better. I sometimes get an item with a bad paint job and fix it up but I do not need to drop $20 on a fake plant that looks like someone made it. You’ve given me a few things to look out for because spatulas like those are cute but also good for sliding cookies off sheets without mooshing them. The only thing I’ve gotten from Target so far is socks and a single black rose because they had really well shaped ones.

Those little ghosty bluebells are adorable! I like the suggestion from the facebook group to call them 'boobells'! Love the jack-o-lantern tombstone! I really like the stack-o-lanterns, too! They are so nice to decorate with!

My son works in the electronic section at Target 😃 He got me the Hocus Pocus movie for an early birthday present. October 15 yeah that is early BUT I am thankful. And I got the black cat throw blanket (that throw kept me warm) 👍 nice and soft to.

In terms of the Ghoulish Garden grey pots, I would be tempted to give them a black wash just to get more dimension in there and make it look more realistically like stone. Basically black acrylic paint, thinned out with water, plus a drop of dishsoap to improve flow. Brush or pour over the surface, then sponge away the excess - it will stay in the grooves and give it more depth.

I would personally keep the flower pots the stone look but diy with a black wash and highlight it with light grey/white. To give the pieces a more weathered and ‘realistic’ look to them

The jack-o-lantern skeleton reminds me of Return to Oz....Jack Pumpkin head. Jack for short 🧡 I think you should paint the pot a really dark grey/black, and brush spot some lighter colors on the details to make it pop!

If that light coloured potted spooky plant has some texture to it you could use some dark paint and sort of antique it? That way it'll have some contrast and won't look too similar to the other spooky plants, That branchy wreath is AMAZE!!

Loved the ghoulish garden roses, I'd used a black wash to tone down the pot and use a sea sponge to dab on some moss green to give it, a been in the greenhouse vibe.

Absolutely keep the ghoulish garden pot stone. I feel the black pot will be too concentrated with the color of the flowers and even though the pot doesn't match the flowers will balance out next to everyone else

With the gray pots I would semi heavily stipple black paint on them, so you will still have some of the gray peaking through.

Paint it black then gently dry brush over it grey or silver. It is quite bright on its own.

With my pots I like to make them look vintage old if u will. There's a lot of technic's I'm sure u could find something u like. It just adds more sush instead of just painting it.

I too got a skeleton from target,.I got the gold one because he was different. I almost got Mr pumpkin bones, but this is my first full size skeleton so I went with Goldy. I also got batula and bootula. My guy was the one who spotted them. So cute and only a dollar each! Next I'm hitting Walmart! Great haul!
