Main PN DPS here. Spectral (ghost)gives u soul charge when it hits. Do note that bone spirit has much better dps for pn. You just need spectral for the charges. Also, pn is at its best when encountering mobs. No one can top your damage not even a mage when the mobs are not moving. I always get top 1 in terms of total dmge on every run when u know ur rotation.

I'm glad you liked it! I'll try to put out a guide for the healer spec soon as well. As for DPS, spamming 1 (Soul Arrow) is only particularly good when you have Soul Arrow+. When you don't, you only really use Soul Arrow over Soul Trap IF you have enough soul energy or Soul Trap is on cooldown. Remember that soul energy has a cap of 9! You kind of have to make the decisions of when to use what skill on the fly with this class.

So what is the actual RoTa? 4 - 2 - 3 for Ghost 5 for AoE Then 6 and 1 for burst? But ghost should always be up right?

4-2-3 isn't really necessary to Ghost, since 4 (Shadow Blade) gives you 5 stacks of Soul Energy instantly, which is already enough to bring out the ghost. To be honest, trying to stick to a rotation with Phantom Necro is just going to hurt you in the long run. It's much better for you to use skills as needed. The important things to keep in mind is to keep the ghost up all the time, and to keep Soul Elegy up as much as possible as well, but prioritize popping Soul Burst with at least 5 charges of Soul Energy on cool down.

I'd like to cover talents and equipment in a future video when we actually have access to most of them. With the level cap at 26, there's barely any point in taking builds seriously. It's still pretty much a free-for-all with the only thing that matters being a good understanding of your skills!

Talent tree is quite badly designed because if you don't take the soul snatch, you barely have any places to spend the points.
