Bihari kabab
Ingredients:
Beef 750 grams
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
All spice a pinch
Onion powder ½ cup
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Coal 1 piece
Method:
Add all spices on the beef and let marinate for 2 hours. Now add in a pan and then put on shashlik sticks and let cook on low flame. Now give the coal smoke on the kababs and serve hot.

Gur ki kheer
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Jaggery 300 grams
Water 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Rice ½ cup
Almonds, pistachio as needed
Coconut as needed
Curd ½ cup
Method:
Cook the milk. Now add jaggery in water and let cook on medium heat. Now add the milk in rice, once thickened then add the jaggery mixture along with cardamom powder and cook until thick. Add almonds, pistachio, coconut and curd. Serve.

Methi palak ki sabzi
Ingredients:
Fenugreek 1 kg
Spinach 1 kg
Tomato ½ kg
Garlic 1
Green chili 10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 2 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Whole red chili 6
Oil 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Boil and wash the fenugreek and spinach. Once it cooks add the tomato, red chili, turmeric, salt. Now add ½ cup of oil and cook. Dish out and add green chilies. Lastly add a tarka of whole red chilies and garlic.
