Normal hydrogen peroxide won’t, he watered the plants before hand, that’s most likely what he used, a strong bleaching agent.

I am prone to epilepsy and yet I didn't suffer any problems, in fact I found this a very helpful video that details what is involved in tarmac restoration.

Next time dont put the sealer ontop of new tarmac..the bag tarmac in a bag. The sealer will peal off.. it will not stick to it. Also the sealer you are doing the job with is shit.. use this stuff its proper stuff not the crap u using. Ok mush.. ill.send you the sealer details...its , paint master professional drivemaster......
