Can only agree, because there is a certain degree of mindfulness one achieves when watching ASMR and even a state of a silenced inner dialogue, which is the goal of many meditations and spiritual techniques in different cultures. You are very kind. I do think we lost ASMR due to social pressures of the modern society, and we used it to hyper focus in learning, training, and studying how to do things in the ancient world. I do believe it's a form of self trance and meditation in 100% conscious state of mind.

Something about the opening shot with the warm lighting and the beard made me feel like i was about to see an ancient rome roleplay. The white shirt kind of looked like a toga for a moment.
