I like this! I often incorporate tarot cards into my solo games in various ways, so I'll give this a try some time. (And if I end up doing a video about that session, I'll let you know. Maybe an "after-action" report would be interesting to you!)

Have a party of any number of characters. Roll a dice to randomly select the focus character and roll another dice to show how well the focus character did. D20, 1 = fumble, 20 = critical, and in between is damage done. Or a D6, 1 = minimal to 6 = max. Then switch to the enemy side and repeat this procedure. If the enemy is all the same, consider having them all do the same action, so letting the focus be on party, not the enemy. If the dice to select the focus character and the dice for performance are the same, use this to introduce complications.

You can have any number of characters. Just repeat the suits. The other thing I didn't mention is that at least the Major Arcana have meanings that could help in a storytelling driven game.
