Kimmy' own feeling of not wanting a 3rd dog probably should have been enough in itself. I think people seem to forget as well the commitment and longevity involved when bringing an animal like this into your life. You could be looking at anywhere from 7 to 15+ yr. That's a long time. If done right it's a joy. If not it can be a nightmare. Sure you can always get rid of the animal but that's not fair to the animal, especially when considering that there's a good chance the incompatibility and the issues at hand lay rooted in the humans unwillingness or unpreparedness to make room for the animal. Don't get me wrong. It can be very rewarding but it's definetly not for everyone. If you're having doubts give them some serious thought.

I say this with total love for all of these people, and for Smosh, but it's *really* important to note that is all cool as long as you're only using it for entertainment purposes. It can be fun to hear people read tarot cards or talk about magic crystals, but there are too many people who use these tactics to take advantage of people, take their money, capitalize on their grief, etc. Be careful -- be entertained, but realize that nobody should be charging you tons of money for this kind of services, and you definitely shouldn't be making major life decisions based on it!

Well yeah they didn’t explain it but the psychology behind a pendulum is that because the slightest movement will make it swing, you can use it as a way to manifest your subconscious - basically, you probably know what the answer should be deep inside, so you will subconsciously move it in that direction, which is why I’d say you can’t really do a reading for someone else like she’s doing. Tarot is a different story, since you’re just there to draw and explain the cards, and it relies on the person you’re doing the reading for to interpret it in a way that’s relevant to them.

As one who does pendulum work a lot, it happens. The pendulum moves and the hand moves along with it, amplifying the energy. Alternatively, it could be picking up energy. How pendulums work is they follow the natural flow of energy and intuition, so if you know that there’s no harm or no danger, your intuition will inform your body, thus moving the pendulum. Pendulums can’t guess the future, they act more as a megaphone for your deepest thoughts.

It's 100% a fact, that with small enough movements, you can make the pendulum sway in whichever direction you so chose. I suggest using your fingers more, that way you are able to completely take out a lot of the wrist movement and make it seem more natural.
