I loved this Tarot in practice video and hope you will do more - had previously watched more your discussions of mental health representation (and deck collection videos). The hard work you put in shows, and good on you for really thinking about what you feel comfortable sharing. Would love to enter the giveaway, the deck is modern and vibrant but also has a sort of Art Nouveau aesthetic which I love. This was such a beautiful video! I absolutely adored hearing the meanings you pulled from each of your readings, that deck interview was pure magic with the Moon and Sun cards, it gave me chills. The Within Without spread is so quick and simple, I plan to use it often. But I cried during the Anxious Summer spread-I’ve been going through a similar situation, and that reading felt like it was speaking to me. And the 3 of Pentacles card, when you asked about who is holding the reins?-that was a gut punch, exactly how my husband and I are feeling right now with our jobs & life, working so hard to pull our load, but ultimately someone else is controlling the reins and controlling where we can (and can’t go)-that’s what came through for my life right now, and that I don’t want someone else to have so much control over us. I am only reopening the tarot box after being overwhelmed with my own fears over a decade ago. I am loving everything that has come along with my journey. I have really dug into the "hunt" for the decks that really connect to me, internet making it easy to preview but overwhelming too. Gotta reel it in and really see the deck that has it all for you... I found every spreads/exercises really interesting, but if I had to pick a favourite, i will go for the "three gifts" exercise. It feels like a really good way to get into the deep meaning of the major arcana and get away from the stereotypes of the "good cards" and the "bad cards", as this exercise is inviting you to focus on the gifts you can get out of them. Depending on your ernegy in the moment, it can be a real nice shift of perspective. I will try it out myself very soon. Thanks for the great content! I just discovered your channel and i love it. Hi, I have this deck and love the rose petal finish but it is difficult to shuffle. I enjoyed your interview spread, it helped me interpret the cards in a different way as I’m still learning. I have a hard time with spreads because I often don’t understand how to relate it to the position with what the cards mean. Putting a story to the cards I find the hardest. even though you've been understandably vague during the readings, i can still tell they were some really powerful ones! definitely made me hold my breath a couple times. i would love to enter the giveaway for the deck! i definitely shuffle and draw usually the same way you do but i've got a couple decks with this kind of cardstock and it doesn't seem to be too much of a bother for me, so hopefully it could be a good experience too! as for the spreads in the video, a bit hard to choose. i enjoy your interview spread and used it recently for a new deck i've got and really liked it. the exercise definitely was amazing though! especially considering the wheel that you've drawn definitely has a lot of stuff i need to be reminded of / conscious of more often haha. i have gotten really interested in that book with the activities so i really hope i can get it someday. thank you for the wonderful video katey and for the opportunity!

The spread that really spoke to me was the anxiety spread; as a person who has a huge problem with ruminating, worrying, getting loopy and being in my own head a lot (mostly due to past trauma), I feel like spreads that help deal with anxiety and giving me some clarity and poking right through the muddy waters of my mind -- while at the same time giving me some helpful pointers on what to confront and what is really behind all that anxiety -- is useful.

Yours and Kelly's spreads, I have been using for a good while now so I could class them as my favorites. However, I really like the Anxious Summer spread too. I also want to say, I just found your Tarot in practice videos, and I really appreciate you sharing how you work with the cards! I'm very much a learn by doing person, but I expand my personal knowledge by seeing how other people do things. Whether their ways are ones that click for me or not, I always learn stuff (maybe the particular practice isn't one that works for me, but the purpose of it is, so I can find a way to create a practice for myself that matches the purpose...or vice versa!) I would like to be entered in the giveaway🌿✨ I’ve been looking for a video like this, as I’m still a newb and I still have a lot of doubt about my practise and readings. To have a look over your shoulder, while you try out these spreads, really helps🙏🏼 The anxious summer spread really helped me calm down a bit about reading for myself. It’s fine to not sit half an hour with each card. It’s fine that there’s not a huge ritual when I take out the cards. The spread doesn’t have to look like the depiction in the book. It Can just be what it is, and the reading can still be very impactfull. Thank you🙌🏼
