I was mistaken about 2 of cups. I’m thinking of Vandenborre where it describes the game rules of lower numbered cards out ranking higher numbered cards. This 2 of cups has more trumps listed.

There’s been an explosion of Vieville decks of late. But each has its own merit. The colour graduation on this deck is great and Kriszten is certainly a talented artist!! You mentioned Gergely from Midnight tarot and his Vieville deck. I have this one and love the extras he put in to make more TdM.
