"High and low"."Heaven and earth". "Old and new"...Humanity seems to be "driven forth", by unseen forces, whether people like it or not. Who (or what) is in control, one wonders. X: "ups and downs". The card seems to say "Go with the flow and don't waste any valuable time. Take your chances, you might be lucky!" Reminds me of the T.V. series The Onedin line. XIII: People "struck down". In the background, the rising Sun, great Creator of life and totally new every time. Mors Ianua Vitae. Reminds me of the movie The Emerald Forest (spiritual death). Examine: what (old) does Death "leave behind".XVI: a tall building, erected by man, hit by sudden bright lightning. Mr. and Mrs. "high and mighty", crowned heads, falling down to the ground, hitting rock bottom. The interior of The Tower may have been "unclean". "9-11". Shocking. There's a limit to growth, power. Thát becomes painfully clear. XX: the high heavens. Being cleansed and truely changed. People receiving their calling. It's like the Angel is saying: "you're at the cross-roads and being summoned to go your own way. You only live twice!" I like ánd admire your psychological approach to Tarot, Jeanne! It's much needed.
