Did you ever end up buying the Rainbow Li? How do you like it compared to the Notch Li?

Very intrigued by this offering. Should I purchase this over the. Notch li? I have used the notch, but this looks like a great offering for a shelter with a little more room.

Quite a lot roomier inside than the Notch / Notch Li. The Notch design depends on trekking poles and is double wall / double side entry.

A few questions: 1. Does it have a double zipper for extra ventilation at the top? 2. What size is the zipper (#5, #3)? 3. Does it have a back pull out part way up the wall like the silnylon version? 4. Can trekking poles be used for snow load/wind support near the top strut like the silnylon version? 5. Do you think this would work for someone that is 5'10'' 190lb and two 30lb dogs if gear is left in the vestibule? Thank you!

I have both rainbow li and double li. If you have two dogs, get the double. with a 20” pad you will only have 16” left. The li is 36” wide. Double gives you 50”.

Is it normal to have a fold or crumpled crease all the way down the middle of the length of the floor, once the tent is set up??

Yes. It all depends on the pitch and end to end arch pole tension. You can move the pole tips a bit after setup to even out the tension.
