Tarrant County jailers indicted on murder charge in inmate's death

The whole system is a mess and needs to be fixed. You have all those officers on scene and not one stepped in and said hey let’s sit him up. He’s already handcuffed and not going anywhere. I don’t know how the floors of the jail are set up, but each floor should have a dedicated room for a restraint chair (which would have been more appropriate in this situation), at least Mr. Johnson would have been upright and able to breathe without restrictions. Another thing is medical equipment like an AED. The indecisions and poor training most definitely played a role in Mr. Johnson’s death. Out of all those officers, not one possess the skills and knowledge of recognizing when a person is in distress???!!?? The two deputies shouldn’t be the only ones getting the blame. There were others there that didn’t take appropriate action to preserve the life of Mr. Johnson. More officers should be held accountable. One last thing, the Sheriff needs to go. He’s to blame too.

Wasilla police department in Alaska used mechanical asphyxiation against me, for over 40 seconds, and then laughed at me when I was able to breathe again and stated I couldn't breathe. And I have to pay tax on everything I buy, that goes to funding said behavior 😒
