Una maravilla, pura elegancia y después d leer en el blog q no era dificil, sino laboriosa...me lancé a hacerla y todo iba bien hasta q añadí la mantentequilla... desastre total, se cortó la mezcla. No sé si no estaba bien batido el merengue, si no mezclé bien la gelatina o aunq imcorporé en 4 tandas la mantequilla no esperé lo suficiente para incorporar la siguiente 😟. Alguien me podría ayudar para q la próxima vez no se me corte la mezcla? 🙏😅
