Sonic Advance 3 is a Sonic game with a twist: the player can play with a friend in co-op mode or one of many multi-player modes like ring race. The game contains features from Sonic Advance and Sonic Advance 2, but with more options like choosing from 2 characters in story mode (a leading and a following character).
This run is an improvement of 22.71 (1,363 Frames @60 FPS) of in-game time and 23.46 (1,408 Frames @60 FPS) overall compared to the predecessor movie (tasvideos.org/3....

The mention of Eggman trying to build "Eggmanland" is really cool here because he actually does it in Sonic Unleashed. It's the final stage in the game, and represents his initial victory over Sonic in the opening cutscene. He even says in that same cutscene that he's "waited a long time for this." If the state of the prototype ROM of this game is anything to go by, Sonic Advance 3's development must've been stunted somewhere along the way and that's why its controls are a tad stiff compared to Sonic Advance 2's (as well as the physics being a little off).
