This was really, really fun to make! I don't really enjoy TASing combat or doing RNG manipulation (although it's very fun to watch), I really enjoy optimising movement and this wad is wonderful for that. Fairly crushing that it's so close to being under a minute though :(
There are 104 glides (I think? Not gonna lie, hard to keep count) in this demo, 3 void glides and 3 zero presses, so there was a LOT of brute forcing done. Actually it was even worse than it sounds, since I also brute forced heaps of .000000 positions for general momentum accumulation/preservation reasons, and I ended up re-doing a bunch of stuff over and over. For each brute force I also ran a x/y momentum min/max check, so for every single brute force I didn't just go with the first successful one, I ran through the entire range to optimise the trick for speed at the same time (well, optimised within the brute force range I gave it).
