16:00 - 16:15 What happened here? You hit Storm Owl with a Nova Strike, then with Aiming Laser, and you took a hit to regain control a bit sooner, so that you could align the Nova Strike with Owl flying offscreen, which shredded his health, because he doesn't have I frames after being hit with his weakness. But why did he die when he reappeared at the top of the screen instead of when his health bar was empty?

Storm Owl didn't reappear. He died before exiting the screen.

@@HappyLeeHL Well it looked like he left from the upper right corner at the same time as his health hit zero (and I would assume he's not loaded when offscreen and he can't die when unloaded), then began exploding as he tried to reappear from the top of the screen a bit to the left of the corner. But whatever, I won't argue. Great run either way, man.

ultimate armor isn't a mod. it's in the base game. there are tases for a bunch of other categories as well.

The Ultimate Armor is a code not a mod. Mods for PS1 games are pretty tricky actually, even with modern tools. And yeah it breaks the game, but what TAS doesn't do that?
