FYI, I am a licensed Hair Stylist. I was required to have Education for 1200 hours. The average number of hours to become a Police Officer, is 650 hours. Maybe that is one of the issues, with our Police Officers. So basically, it requires 1200 hours to wield a pair of Scissors. And Only half of those hours, to wield a gun. ~ nuts
