I’ve used Google Lens in the past to help identify products and plants, but a few weeks ago I tried it on my skin. I had a suspicious spot on my arm. Google Lens suggested it may be a specific type of skin cancer. I made an appointment with a dermatologist and it was exactly what Google Lens suggested. After some minor surgery, everything is fine now. Google Lens provided timely information for me to review, which led to making an appointment with a Dr for further diagnosis. Always check with your Dr if you are unsure.

I just updated my chrome on my laptop because i did not know that google lens is now on the web browser. I did not know that you can long press on a image to use google lens, but now i do and I will be using it more. Thank you for posting this.

Tasia, should Lens still be available if Chrome is my default web browser but Duck Duck Go is my default search engine? I don't see Lens!
