Oh I really liked seeing your set up. I use a paper planner and my ipad calendar and it seems to work for me!

Some top notch organization. Mind boggling how much stuff you keep track of. Also I saw that pushup check list had no marks. Get on that.

I'll get right on that for you.

Love this. That tick of time can spread the cloud in truly counterproductive ways. I frequently get in trouble for dropping the, “entropy” line in conversation, but the universe defaults to minimal effort and maximal disarray especially if you know what the phenomenon is. Decision matrices are also hidden behind deterministic systems & determinants BTW. (This stuff is unnecessary hard to find.)

Yeah, doing this ahead of time can actually save you a lot of time.

Notion is VERY intimidating fir new humans playing with it....I've been messing with it on and off and still don't know all it can do. I liked One Note when it was big too and I feel it's close to the same thing. I love seeing people's Notions though, how they set it up for their needs. It also makes me feel like my minimal one is too minimal. I will agree with you that I love my written bullet journal, I love setting it up and writing out stuff. Writing in a journal has been a big thing for me too, I'm not going to read through them (and I hope no one else does either) but with a computer it could just POOF and be gone. I have to learn that if I want to implement a part of someone else's Notion that I can make it my own. I don't need frilly letters and muted tones, also getting past the "I can do it myself" and never learning how to make things. As always, your organization skills make me SUPER envious and I strive to emulate anything close to this.
