Greetings from frigid Nairobi! Thank you so much for offering this freely, Michael. I can see light at the end of my delegation-hell tunnel! Quick questions: - Can I undo an action? Or change the assignor or assistant that a task is already assigned to/from? - I'd like to add a couple of cells to make it ten assistants, to cover all my reports. Is it a quick fix, or would it need me to do some extra coding of macros?

no undo, but you can always edit a row, or delete it and manually add it back to a previous section. To make it 10 assistants would require more coding. But assistant names can be edited after creating the task i.e. make it under the name of assistant 1, but then when it is on the list edit the name to be the name of assistant 10

Not super simple to do, have to modify some of the macros. How many would you want, 5 not enough?
