You have created an amazing tool that addresses so many of my needs! I'm curious if there is a way to add overall completion percentage. My line of business works in 1 month intervals and it would be amazing to see at a glance how much has been completed towards the end of month goal.

Almost anything is possible, normally just a question of how much coding effort is required. Adding what you describe would not be quick / easy. The tool was designed for delegating to legal assistants whose tasks vary from 5 minutes to a few hours in duration. You could try define a series of subtasks that together combine to form the full task and then watch the progress of the subtasks through the orange zone of the spreadsheet.

Michael, thanks so much for sharing this amazing tool. I'm wondering if there is a way to add multiple tasks to a project, such as steps in a workflow, rather than adding them one at a time.

How can I add more than 10 assistant ? Say like 50

Not easily, including because the list of assistants would be long and extend down into the zone where rows get moved around. Likely the list of assistants would have to be put on a new sheet. So would be quite a bit of work to expand it for that.
