Jo kaifiyat aur samaa aap baandhte hai, uski tareef me bas itna hi kahunga - Uske honthon se mai, ab kya maangu, Jo bhi kehta hai, dua lagta hai. I started adulating you on hearing your interpretation and expression of Siraj Aurangabdi's, Khabar-e-Tahayyur-e-ishq. I cannot express the joy, and I will not try too also. "Bhika, baat agham ki, kahan sunan ki nai, Jo jaane so kahe nai, Jo kahe so jaane nai!" If life gives a chance, meeting you would be a dream come true. I don't intent to speak, discuss or listen you in person - as that I believe is too magnanimous a picture to paint. I wish I can see you in person, and take your blessings. As you are singing Ghalib in "Taskeen ko hum.." here - I will only capture the emotion by saying that you do justice to Ghalib. When you sing, "Tujhse to kuch kalaam nai.." - the heart pours out. Fareed and Abu are as good as nusrat and other well famed artists. Nothing to take away from nusrat and others though. Brilliant execution. Ek hotaa hai gaana "gaana" aur ek hota hai gaana "Jeena"!! Yeh jeene walon me se hai.

@@Prism684 I really respect your choice and opinion. I'd just like to say that Fareed Sahab is a maestro in Sufi kalam, the way he recites them is on another level, he gives these Sufism kalams a true touch. Whereas, Nusrat Sahab is a complete package, he's a master in Sufi, Darbari, Qalandari all types of kalams. You cannot simply compare one legend to another, they both have their own significance. Music has no boundaries, they were never set by anyone but us. The era in which Fareed Sahab is presenting such masterpieces is quite different from the era of Nusrat Sahab. Back in the day they didn't have such quality equipment, even if you listen to older recordings of Munshi Sahab (Fareed Sahab's father) you can tell how the sound quality isn't as good, doesn't mean he wasn't as good. Waqt waqt ki baat hai, lekin baat wohi hai, samaj jayen. JazakAllah 🙏🏽❤️

Ek "thehra hua" aur ek "kisi jagah ka rehne wala" Yaha par dusra matlab hai sher mein kyunke fasahat isi hain isliye ke waha ke rehne waali se hi kaha jaega ke ghalib agar mile to zara bata dena... Aur sakin is maane me istemaal bhi nahi hoga logo ke liye... Log bil farz e muhaal kisi jagah pe statue ho gaye hon to shayad ho jaega istemaal.
